Simply Whimsy Designs has been a dream come true. I love the fact that Kristin is a stay at home mom, with family as her first priority. I am also a work from home mom; and was so glad that Kristin was so understanding, patient, and easy to work with!

While I love to blog, I was never good at the technical side of things. I was able to give Kristin my ideas, colors, and pieces of inspiration, and she turned it into my perfect blog! My blog is now functional, fun, and creative... and it's all thanks to Kristin. Design Process

Please read:

1. Please be sure to read my Design Terms - when you make a payment, you are agreeing to my terms.

2. Choose a Package & Payment - when payment is received you will be added to my queue.

3. Please email me when you have made a payment.

4. Fill out the Design Form. Please give me as much information as possible about what you want in your design.

5. Design feedback - when I start your design, I will have a Test Blog set up for your viewing pleasure. You can email me with changes you would like to see. Feedback in this process is important, so I know you're getting the design you want.

6. Installing your design - Once the final payment has been made....you'll go into your permissions page and invite me to be an author. When I have accepted, you will go back in to your permissions page and grant me 'administrator privileges'. Then, I can start the install of your design. When I'm completed finished and you are satisfied with the results, you will delete me as an author and I will no longer have access to your blog.

When you have approved the final design......It's time to install!! Before installation begins please do the following:

Please make final payment.

1. Please download a copy of your current template:
Go into your layout page and choose the "html" tab. Click on the blue link that says "Download Full Template" and save a copy of that on your computer.

2. Please make copies of all html/java script codes that you have added through your layout.

3. When we are ready for an install please go into your permissions page and invite me to be an author. Use kristin@simplywhimsydesigns.com to invite. After I've accepted, I will notify you. Then you will need to go back into the permissions page again and grant me "admin privileges". After your design has been installed, REMOVE me from your permissions page.

4. You will need to have a photobucket.com account. The designs I create for your blog will be hosted on your very own Photobucket account. Please be aware, if you delete these images they will no longer exist on your blog. Please email me your login name and set the password to 'whimsy'.

5. Please read my Terms of Design...as my site states, you agreed to these terms with your initial deposit

6. Ready!! Set!! Design!! SWDesigns will dress your blog.

Payment

Simply Whimsy Designs accepts Paypal Payments Only. Please Note, by paying (partial or full payments) for your makeover you are agreeing to the Terms Of Design.

Refunds

Simply Whimsy Designs does not offer Refunds for partial or full payments.

Copyright

I retain intellectual property of your design, and require that all parts of the design remain intact. If you are wanting to change any elements of the design, you must first remove Simply Whimsy Designs template and choose a new one.I retain all copyright ownership unless the copyright is purchased for an additional fee. Every design, is a reflection of my design capabilities. If it is altered in any way it no longer represents my design. If you would like a redesign or update, please email me.

Communication

When I start your design I will be emailing often during the duration of the design process. This process often requires many quick emails and/or communicating using a chat. The more we can communicate the faster we can get your new design finished and installed. This is also important so I can stay on schedule for current and future clients.

Permissions

Obtaining copyrights and permission for any photos or design elements is the responsibility of the client. Simply Whimsy Designs is in no way responsible or liable for photos or design elements provided by the client. Please get permission BEFORE you provide them to SWDesigns.

Compatibility

With so many browsers out there and several versions...SWDesigns asks that you make sure you update your browser to the most current version offered. I recommend the most current version of Firefox.

Design Credits

After installation an SWDesigns button will be placed in on of your sidebars. SWDesigns require that you keep this button somewhere in your sidebars. You can move it but please don't remove it. Also, there will be a Simply Whimsy Designs credit, at the bottom of the page.

Simply Whimsy Designs will not participate in the designing of a blog that is considered to be vulgar or crude.

Excessive Revisions are subject to an additional fee of $25 hr. SWDesigns will inform you if you are beginning to reach the excessive point

For Your Info: SWDesigns will not be responsible for the installation of gadgets or widgets installed on your blog.

Cancellation

Please be aware that SWDesigns does not give refunds. If you cancel your order you will lose your partial or full payment.

I'm an independent blog/graphic designer from the Beehive State, Utah. In 2007 I began playing around with HTML and Blog Design. It quickly became my passion! I'm currently a Stay @ Home Mom of Seven and Wife to one..Very Cool Man. Working from home allows me to give my children the attention they need and work in a place where the dress code is always Super Casual.

My designs are Clean and Simple with a little Whimsy.

On my off days, I can be found decorating my home, spending time at our family cabin or playing games with my kids.
